1) Visual Merchandiser
We are looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser to increase sales, get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience. The goal is to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximise profitability.
Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
- Standardisation of VM across all the stores
- Create appealing and eye-catching merchandise displays that lead the customer through the
- entire store
- Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
- Liaison with Marketing for in store communication and events
- Act in alignment to the organisation’s culture, products, image and target market
- Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
Experience & Qualification - 1-5 years, Any graduate.
Location: Bangalore
2) Brand Manager
- Manage social media pages of The Purple Turtles (Facebook,Instagram, Pinterest; LinkedIn)
- Ideate, and create social media content to increase brand awareness
- and engagement
- Plan and run advertising campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- All Offline Marketing Activates.
- Emailer campaigns through MailChimp
- Copywriting skills and digital knowledge is a must
- Point of contact for office marketing collaterals and website creatives
- Co-ordinate photoshoots for all brands.
Experience & Qualification - 2-5 years, Any graduate.

3) Customer Support Executive
- Updating customers with their order status through emails, whatsapp and
- phone calls
- Following up and ensuring the timely dispatch of products ordered
- Coordinating with customers and servicing returns and refunds
- Following up and resurrecting online orders that were abandoned mid
- purchase
- Coordinating with merchandisers and stock control and ensuring product
- availability
- Converting enquiries to orders
Experience & Qualification - 2-5 years, Any graduate

4) Purchase Merchandiser
- Range build: Co-ordinate with design trend boards, development packs. Prepare range product review; laydown meeting.
- Assist in driving ; overseeing the relevant product categories in all aspects of Merchandising; sourcing activities on a daily basis.
- To be the centre of expertise of the relevant product categories and be able to give coordinate with vendors, retail ops, finance.
- Product development in liaise with design team.
- Range plan activities- cross costing, budget tracking, master data compilation keeping PO generation
- Check GRN status with on time delivery, shipment follow-up.
- To analyse sell thru reports
- To analyse product performance report
- Payment follow-up.
- Follow-up with retail ops, warehouse
- Co-ordinating with VM on displays
- Making the planogram for the season
Experience & Qualification - 2-5 years, Any graduate
